Lost octoprint user and cannot log to web

I cannot log into my octoprint account via web site but can via ssh. i dont have a spare screen to watch the octopi loading as this was set up with help elsewhere and have read i have to redo the setup wizard, is this via the ssh or does my pi have to be plugged into another screen ( sorry if a noob question) but its been some time since i looked at this and now have someone to help me get my printer running finally with my mks l board

i can ssh into pi but not into website and im running octoprint 1.3.11, i found another post with the istructions you have posted ie source~/oprint etc and it came back no such file or user
