Octoprint and LCD touch display

Hello I got an LCD Touch Display 3.5 and wanted to run it with my Rassberry pi 3. I installed the Plugin Touch IU and plugged in Display and activated Touch IU. Latest Octoprint Version 13. Display does not light white and more.
