Octoprint worked perfectly on my brand new ender 3 v2 neo. After a few week I decided to install the klipper plugin. With the installation I wasn’t able to update the firmware. When I inserted the sdcart with the klipper.bin file, the file didn’t change for a cur file.
I decided to clear my PI and download octoprint
Again. Now octoprint cant connect to my printer
What did you already try to solve it?
I tried new usb cable and reinstalled octoprint.
When I directly connect my laptop to my printer cura slicer, my printer is also not connected.
I tried to
Have you tried running in safe mode?
Yes
Did running in safe mode solve the problem?
I tried, but it didn’t solve the problem

Send your SystemInfo Bundle. At the surface it looks like you installed the klipper firmware on your printer. To get things working again, you will have to get things set up to work with Klipper. It's hard to say if you have successfully flashed your printer with klipper firmware.
At the moment we could assume that you have klipper installed and you could setup your OctoPrint instance to work with Klipper. If we are wrong and you have only partly updated your printer, it would waste a lot of time and effort. I think it would be better if you went back to using Marlin to get things in a good state.
Do you have a backup of the firmware that was installed before you tried to update to klipper?
If you do, you should restore that firmware.
If not, you could just identify a marlin build that is for your printer and try that. Again.. it would get you to a state where you can connect directly to your printer from OctoPrint.
