Versions of the Pi Support plugin up to and including 2021.8.2 still wrongly detect the Zero 2 as unsupported and will prompt such a warning.
However, a new release has been pushed to address this issue, and once you have the Pi Support Plugin version 2021.10.28 or higher you will no longer see this wrong message.
