Octoprint unresponsive

What is the problem?

I’ve downloaded octoprint and when I’m going to the web it becomes unresponsive and I can’t do anything.

What did you already try to solve it?

Safe mode
Restarting the program

Have you tried running in safe mode?

Did running in safe mode solve the problem?
