PIP issues on octopi fork(ish)

I need a little getting pip to work on a octopi fork(ish).
I running a v1pi image that has both octopi and cnc.js on it. Im trying to install plugins via the local archive but before i can even get to that im getting a weird pip issue that i dont know how to solve

I just installed OctoPrint 1.3.12/OctoPi 0.17.0 and the Plugin Manager can't find pip, what's up?

If you just freshly installed OctoPrint 1.3.12/OctoPi 0.17.0, the Plugin Manager might great you with this screen telling you that "the pip command could not be found or does not work correctly" and an empty plugin list: [image] The reason is a bug in OctoPrint 1.3.12 that has since been fixed and which causes a request in the backend to fail on a completely fresh install.
