Raspberry PiCam V3 is making timelapses in 1920x1056 when configured for UHD

Camera model

Raspberry Pi Camera V3

What is the problem?

Output stream and Octopi timelapses not being recorded in 4k, the resolution is 1920x1056.

What did you already try to solve it?

I've already tried looking for configurations online, but I can only find settings for the previous camera stack and nothing for the new camera stack.

Looking at <pi>/webcam/control shows that it's properly configured to use 4608x2592, so maybe this is an aspect ratio issue? Even if it is, I'm unable to find any settings for that in any config file.
I also used this post for help with settings on the new camera stack.

Have you tried running in safe mode?

Yes.

Did running in safe mode solve the problem?

No changes were found.
