What is the problem?
I have tried to print a few designs from cura and they all reset the target bed and tool temperature to OFF. if I try the presets for PLA, ABS or PETG, they also get reset back to OFF, I have to increase it manually one by one for it to stick.
I have cura setup for bed at 60 and tool at 200
thanks!!!
What did you already try to solve it?
I tried to setup the target temperature in cura, also in octoprint before sending the file (it gets reset to off).

Hello @sgarzon !
Have you tried SAFE MODE?
And where is the systeminfo bundle?
Systeminfo bundle is attached, is it not?
there are no plugins other than the included from install other than the webcam plugin.
I will try safe mode when the print i'm doing now finishes (12 hrs).
thanks,
Sam

The bed gets way too hot and thermal runaway protection kicks in.
Do you have a bed that is directly connected to the printer board or one that is heated by mains and switched with a SSR?
that was before the printing. I rebooted everything and recalibrated the bed, the z-axis and everything after and it didn't give me that error again.
the bed is directly attached to the board.
After that I did the print and it finished at 4am
thanks!
OK, I am able to print in safe mode, the thing is, I don't have any plugins other than the bundled ones.
at this point I'm ok with doing a factory reset on octoprint if that's going to fix it.
is there a documented way to do this?
thanks,
Sam
