When I search the ling https://octopie.local the connection times out and i get the error: the remote device or resource won't accept the connection

I have tried adding extra code linked on the main general troubleshooting page but I got the same error

I am on windows 10 64 bit I have a raspberry pie 3B V1.2

and you get this error in your browser?

The browser says connection timed out but the network diagnostic toot finds this error

http://octopie.local opens a century link web helper and just searches in that search engine

I guess that happens because you added an e at the end of octopi.
Click on the two links in my post in try if they work.

It's "pi" as in 3.14159... rather than the Two Harbors, MN version of this.
