I just set one of these up tonight, its working perfectly.
I primarily followed the outline of this guide after disappointing results with the basic Arducam. I realized I had this nice Logitech 1080p usb and it was compatible with my Pi5 / Octoprint.
Through a bunch of guides, I was able to get things up and running. Some helpful pages of note:

USB webcams known to work with mjpg-streamer

Available mjpg-streamer configuration options

The following configuration options can be supplied to MJPG Streamer on start to modify certain camera settings.
