Unable to update Octoprint 1.6.1 -> 1.7.3

What is the problem?

Unable to update version from 1.6.1 to 1.7.3

What did you already try to solve it?

Updated RPI, using 4A power to verify no power issues, power cycled

Have you tried running in safe mode?

yes

Did running in safe mode solve the problem?

no

Earlier versions of the third party plugin PrintTimeGenius pulled in an unneeded third party logging module that is incompatible to Python's standard library. Its presence causes this issue. That worked! I followed the instructions and was able to remove the problem plug-in and update.

Interestingly, the article noted that there was a notification to complete these steps..I either didnt recieve that or missed it.
