Unable to view arducam camera stream

What is the problem?
Camera stream is not showing up on octopi.local. The stream link (http://octopi.local/webcam/?action=stream) is showing "The webcam server is currently not running". It appears that the webcamd service is failing to start.

What did you already try to solve it?
Tried enabling webcam in raspi_config. Tried following this forum post: Arducam Raspberry Pi Noir Camera Module, 8MP IMX219 Not showing up
Tried following this guide: How to use Arducam 5MP/8MP Camera with OctoPi to monitor 3D printers

Logs (/var/log/webcamd.log, syslog, dmesg, ... no logs, no support)

A lot has happened in the last year regarding cameras. Do yourself (and us) a favor and start a new get help topic. Put the effort in and fill in the template with as much detail as possible.
