What is the problem?

if i try to update the octoprint installed on my windows minipc i get this errorcode in the mainwindow

What did you already try to solve it?

tryed to instal an older vrsion of pyhton

yes but still cant install the update

hi,

i copied the errormessages in the log
i have allready installed Phyton 3.10
for the bundle i need the system info, but i havent this button in octoprint. its enough if i write the cpu , ram etc ? (Edit = i see the Systeminfobunde is sience 1.6, i have the version 1.3.11, what can i do to geht this ? )

Your venv appears to still be using python 2.7. Although you have installed Python 3.10 that doesn't change the python version in the venv. You would have to recreate the venv.

This appears to be the folder in which you created your venv, which matches the manual install instructions. You should be able to just rename that folder and follow the manual install instructions to create it fresh.
