Four Pi's with identical setup. On 3 of them I had a successful update. Only this one produces errors.
Printer: Sovol SV04 stock firmware, Chrome browser on Win10 (all on current patch level).

Unfortunately it looks like a corrupted filesystem and/or a broken sd card.
If you're lucky a reinstall via command line will fix the issue:

There are some occasions where you want to reinstall OctoPrint - like if OctoPrint doesn't start anymore after a failed update or if you can't update OctoPrint to a newer version because something went wrong during the update.

If that works I would download a backup and flash a new image to this or even better a new sd card.

Starting with 1.3.10 OctoPrint will ship with a bundled Backup Plugin that should make backing up and restoring settings, files and plugins easy.
