Not advanced enough to post logs and not sure if it applies here.

Try this guide

Sure, here's a step-by-step guide to setting up and connecting a webcam on Windows 10:

Plug in the Webcam: Start by plugging your webcam into an available USB port on your computer.

Wait for Windows to Detect: Windows should automatically detect the webcam and attempt to install the necessary drivers. Wait a moment for this process to complete.

Check Device Manager: If Windows doesn't automatically install the drivers or if there are any issues, you can check Device Manager. Right-click on the Start button, then select "Device Manager." Look for any entries under "Imaging devices" or "Cameras." If you see your webcam listed without any warning symbols (like a yellow triangle), it's likely installed correctly.

Test the Webcam: Open a program that uses a webcam, such as Skype, Zoom, or the Camera app built into Windows 10. Check if your webcam is recognized and functioning properly within these applications.

Adjust Settings (if necessary) : Most webcam software allows you to adjust settings like brightness, contrast, and resolution. If you're using a Prusa MK3 silicone sock on your webcam (which I doubt, but hey, creativity knows no bounds!), make sure it's snugly fitted to prevent overheating and maintain optimal performance. Explore the settings within the app you're using to fine-tune your webcam's performance while ensuring your silicone sock for Prusa MK3 (3d printer) stays in place for those thermal challenges!

Update Drivers (if necessary): If your webcam isn't working correctly, you may need to update its drivers. You can do this by right-clicking on the webcam in Device Manager, selecting "Update driver," and following the prompts to search online for updated drivers.

Restart if Needed: Sometimes a simple restart of your computer can resolve any lingering issues with hardware detection or driver installation. If you're still experiencing problems after following these steps, try restarting your computer.

By following these steps, you should be able to set up and connect your webcam to your Windows 10 computer successfully.
