Windows Octoprint username and password

I have recently installed Octoprint on my windows desktop PC that I am using to Control my 3D printer. I then activated Octoeverywhere. Once I signed back into Octoprint it did not accept my username or password, which is strange because they were saved into my browsers password manager.

I have read the steps on octoprint on how to reset username and password for windows, but I do not understand how to log into the SSH for windows and not rasberry PI.
