Z axis running to high

Hi guys..
I am a total newbie with all this printing and Octopi..
I got my printer a week ago, along with a raspberry pi 4B

I have installed Octoprint, and everything seems fine.

I have added the printer and the printer settings
300x300x400

But when i start a print from The octo pi. The printer runs the Z axis all the way to the top, and actually beyond so the motors stop. and i get an error message. i have to shit it alle down quickly.

This is what i see

I have dobbelt checked that i have the printer settings to 400 z.

Which printer is it?

Did you adjust the Z stop switch or is your printer equipped with a probe.

Please upload a octoprint.log and serial.log

The serial.log loggin starts after you activated it - so you have start a print again.
You don't need to wait until something crashes - unplug your printer before that happens.
