Do you need a log file to help me with my problem?

Always provide as much information as you can if you are asking for help/reporting a problem. That includes what version of OctoPrint (and OctoPi) you are running on what kind of hardware against what printer model with what firmware - and log files, at the very least octoprint.log and a serial.log. Format your pasted log files to make it much more readable.
