Ender 3 new motherboard not connecting?

I cant seem to connect the printer, keep getting the error..

Offline (Error: No more candidates to test, and no working port/baudrate combination detected.)

I've had this working fine before but now its a new V2 creality silent motherboard and a new Pi4

Have you tried running in safe mode?
