Octoprint UI "refuses to connect"

What is the problem?

Hey y'all, beginner here. I've been using my Octopi just fine, but for some reason the octopi UI keeps on saying the connection is refused. I can ssh into it with putty just fine, but trying the IP address from the terminal and the octopi.local keeps on showing me the same issue. I assume getting a new install of the os is gonna fix everything and just start from a clean plate, but I'm pretty confident this is gonna get me again as soon as I try using multiple instances on it.

What did you already try to solve it?

Tried the IP address, rebooted with ssh, and rewrote the SSID just in case if it was on a different network

Have you tried running in safe mode?

N/A(unless there's a way to do that in the terminal)

Did running in safe mode solve the problem?

N/A

Systeminfo Bundle

You can download this in OctoPrint's System Information dialog... no bundle, no support, unless the reason you couldn't retrieve the bundle is your network issues
(mb i have no clue how to do this using only ssh)

Additional information about your setup

Hardware you are trying to connect to, hardware you are trying to connect from, router, access point, used operating systems, ... as much data as possible

A raspberry pi 4 model B with 8 GB of RAM
using a PI cam V1
running octoprint version 1.10.3, and octopi version 1.0.0

Id recon you try a remote service such as tailscale and try connecting over that

Hint: The blue words are links.

You mean, something like this ???

Link: OctoWatch - A minimalistic command-line octoprint dashboard

That is something different.
