Unable to update Octoprint - tornado.access?

What is the problem?

Octoprint will not update and gives an error saying maybe it already started?

What did you already try to solve it?

I have disabled plugins and started in safe mose hoping to solve it.

Your Pi has an undervoltage issue. Due to this, all updates are disabled.

Hello @Ewald_Ikemann ! Thanks for the info on the error, I couldn't find it anywhere else! I checked my power supply and it was not giving what it should, even though the pi never showed me any sort of indication!
