You have an issue with the connection.
First try to select 115200 as baudrate instead of auto - that should be the right baudrate for your printer.
Then try other usb cables - preferably a quality one with ferrit beads.

A lot of resend requests or a high resend ratio in OctoPrint can be quite a problem when trying to reliably print.
For Creality Ender3s - apart from the usual suspects - this can apparently also be caused by the LCD cable, as user @flrnwgnr reported . To quote:

No more candidates to test, and no working port/baudrate combination detected.
For it's a Creality machine try with/without SD card in the printer and/or this:
First of all this whole tutorial isn't a mandatory mod - you just need it if you run into issues (weird things are happening and you've already ruled out the more common suspects) or if the always running fan and illuminated display (even when the printer is turned off) disturbes you.
I'm starting with the why part:
If you connect a 3D printer via USB to your Raspberry Pi it can lead to all sorts of power related issues.
Most of the time those issues occur only if you turn on your pi before β¦
