@Ewald_Ikemann
I haven’t changed anything.
I’ve tried to set temp in octopi then hit print. Temp stops heating.
Tried printing via saved file in octopi, or from cuta.
It always ends up with printer canceling.
No update to cura. And no change to file
Please don't mix up OctoPrint and OctoPi:
You may use M109/M190 instead of M104/M140 because the first ones wait until the temperature is reached. And don't forget to set the proper temperatures to these commands.
Can you share the start gcode you use in cura?
i was mistaken, there was an update to cura
but below is the updated terminal output

This looks pretty much like this one:
From the post before I can say, that there is no heating established.
You may preheat from OctoPrint with this:
You also can use the Preheat plugin:
@Ewald_Ikemann
i tried preheating with both methods
as soon as i print it kills temp

Because in this section you set the temperature with the value S0 to 0 (zero) again.
i didnt change it, it changed as soon as i hit print
What is this short 6 liner you want to "print"? There is nothing to print in it.
I just looks like an End Gcode script.
sorry i dont understand this question, im still pretty new to gcode.
below is output from hitting print in cura, uptill now ive been hitting print within octoprint

So I recommend this site:
https://www.reprap.org/wiki/G-code
With this you can "decode" the lines of a Gcode file.
Actually, the file you want to print contains no data that can be printed.
You can recognize them by a G1 at the start.
Have you tried to slice your model again?
@Ewald_Ikemann
this is a fresh slice

Have you checked the Cura profiles are still correct?
@Ewald_Ikemann
firstly thank you for trying to help me
sadly i created a new cura profile and still doesnt work.
2 days ago it printed the files in octoprints file history.
not changed anything between then and now
As long there are proper files on OctoPrint, you still can print them
@Ewald_Ikemann
just for giggles, i sent this file to my 2nd printer i have setup the same
and its printing.
so something with first print
just no idea what
Have you tried with safe mode on OctoPrint?
