Pi Webcam Lights on then Stops Working

What is the problem?
Whenever I turn on my printer, I see the LED on the camera turn on, and after about 5 seconds it shuts off, and I can't view anything throught Octoprint UI.

What did you already try to solve it?
I've replaced my camera a new v1.3, but it's the same story. I've done the same with the cable.

Logs (/var/log/webcamd.log, syslog, dmesg, ... no logs, no support)
Not sure how to get them

Does the cam work if the printer isn't connected via usb?
If yes try this

Hi PrinedWeezl, appreciate your help! I just tested it and, nothing changed, the LED on the Pi Camera turned on for a second, then off, the on again for 5 seconds, then off.
